The Golden Milk Recovery Boosting Inflammation Blasting Recipe
Simply simmer these ingredients in a pan to warm up, stirring to mix it all through. Serve in your favourite cup.
Core Ingredients:
1 mug milk or Almond milk
1.5 tsp tumeric
1 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle of ginger
sprinkle of black pepper
1 tsp local honey
Optional Ingredients:
1 tsp Coconut MCT Oil
1 tsp Plain flavour Collagen Powder
1 tsp Cacao
