The Golden Milk Recovery Boosting Inflammation Blasting Recipe

Simply simmer these ingredients in a pan to warm up, stirring to mix it all through. Serve in your favourite cup.

Core Ingredients:

  • 1 mug milk or Almond milk

  • 1.5 tsp tumeric

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Sprinkle of ginger

  • sprinkle of black pepper

  • 1 tsp local honey

Optional Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Coconut MCT Oil

  • 1 tsp Plain flavour Collagen Powder

  • 1 tsp Cacao
