Improve your balance, co-ordination, and confidence on a skateboard with the manual roll on flat ground

If you’re just learning to skate and feel comfortable rolling around, pushing and turning, then it might be time for you to start improving your balance. I’ve put together this short tutorial video to help you keep improving in a simple and safe way.

I’ve broken this trick into 4 key stages. The Roll,  Lift, Balance and Setdown.

 01. Roll
Roll on the flat at a comfotable speed. Back foot on the tail, Front foot by the front bolts.

 02. Lift
Lift your arms up and push down on the tail to raise the front wheels. Keep your weight centered over the board.

03. Balance
Keep your arms out at shoulder height to balance. Look down over your back wheels to help keep your weight centered.

04. Set Down
Lean forwards and place your front wheels back down to roll away.

Enjoy, and Good Luck!
